This pillow is a bag of shredded memory foam, and the pitch is that you take fill out until it is the height you want. I am a side sleeper and I took out about a third. Neck pain that I had for a year is gone. I sleep on this every night now.

My wife sleeps on her stomach, and for her it was too lofty even with half the fill removed, and the shredded foam felt lumpy. She returned hers and went back to a flat down pillow. So this is a side and back sleeper pillow, not a stomach sleeper pillow.

It arrives vacuum packed and needs a day to expand and air out. The cover washes fine. It is heavy compared to a normal pillow.

If you sleep on your side and wake up with neck pain, try this before you spend more on a mattress.
