We have a lot of toys. This is the one that comes out every day, a year and a half later. Towers, houses for the stuffed animals, garages for the cars that come with it, a big flat rainbow on the window. Then it all snaps back into the box.
The magnets are strong enough that a tall tower stands. The edges are smooth. The two car bases turn any box into a vehicle, and they are the most fought-over piece.
They are compatible with the expensive brand, so gifts from grandparents all mix together. 120 pieces is enough for two kids to build at once without a fight over the triangles.
If you buy one toy for a three-year-old, this is the one.
