We assembled a dresser, two nightstands, a bed frame, and an office chair this year. This did every screw. It is pen sized, weighs less than a phone, and the three torque settings mean it does not strip the soft particleboard screws that a drill chews up.

The LED ring lights up the hole, which is more useful than it sounds when you are inside a cabinet. The bit set covers Phillips, flat, Torx, and hex, and the magnetic case keeps them from disappearing.

It is not a drill. It will not drive a three-inch screw into a stud. For IKEA-style hardware, electronics, and cabinet hinges it is exactly right. The battery lasted the whole dresser and a nightstand on one charge.

A good gift for anyone who just moved.
