Strawberries in the clamshell they come in last about three days in our fridge. In these they last a week or more. The colander insert keeps the fruit off the bottom so it is not sitting in its own moisture, and the vent in the lid lets it breathe.
The routine is: rinse in the colander, shake it, drop it in the box, lid on. When the kids want fruit they pull the whole colander out and it drains. Cleanup is nothing.
Five sizes covers everything from blueberries to a whole head of lettuce. The biggest one holds a full pound of grapes with room.
Only gripe is the lids are a little stiff to lock at first. They loosen up. These paired with the Vtopmart bins turned our fridge from chaos into something we can actually see into.
