I have the MSI MP243XP on the site too, and it is a fine screen for the price. The reason I bought this HP for the office is the stand. The MSI tilts and that is it. This one goes up and down, swivels, and rotates to portrait, so the top of the screen sits at eye level without a stack of books under it.

The panel is comparable: 24 inch, 1080p, IPS, 100Hz. Text is crisp, colors are accurate enough for spreadsheets and photos, and 100Hz makes scrolling smoother than a 60Hz office monitor. The built-in speakers are there for meeting audio, not music.

USB-C would have been nice for a one-cable laptop setup, this needs HDMI or DisplayPort plus the Baseus dock for power.

If you sit at a desk all day, pay the extra 30 dollars for the stand. Your neck will notice.

This is the one we’d buy again.
