Tool-free seat and handlebar adjustment, hand brakes, carbon steel frame (about 18.8 lb). Sold for ages 3 to 5 in the 14-inch size, minimum rider height 36 inches.

We got this for our daughter in January, when she was four. We had tried the Retrospec Cub Plus XL first and sent it back, and this is the one that stayed.
What we like is that it is two bikes in one. It started as a balance bike, and the pedal kit and training wheels come in the box, so when she was ready we put them on instead of buying another bike. Right now she rides it with the pedals and training wheels, and her balance on her own is getting there.
Honestly, nothing has gone wrong with it in eight months. The one thing to know is that it is steel, about 19 pounds, so it is heavier than the aluminum balance bikes if you are the one carrying it to the park.
This is the one we’d buy again.
