This is our everyday work chair. The mesh is breathable, so no sticky back after a long afternoon, and the material feels like it will hold up. The neck support is the standout. It actually sits where your neck is, which most chairs get wrong.
It replaced a cheap office chair. We have sat in it for full workdays for over a year, and the back and neck stiffness at the end of the day has eased. The lumbar support matters as much as the headrest. Assembly was easy, under half an hour.
A year in, the mesh is still tight with no sagging. The recline lock is handy for leaning back on calls, and the wheels roll fine on our hard floors without marking them.
The one thing to know: the seat cushion is firm, and it takes some getting used to. We would buy it again.
