We love this paddle. The carbon fiber feels really nice and you can tell the difference right away in control and power. The grip is comfortable and secure, even during long matches, and the size feels just right. It is lightweight but still feels durable. We have been playing way more since we got it. We play at public courts and the rec center, and with friends and family, and other players have asked to try it. Months in, the face and edge guard show no wear, partly because it came with a cover. It has helped our game too: fewer mishits and better dinks.
The honest catch is price. It costs a lot more than a beginner paddle, so it is worth it if you play often, not for trying the sport once.
This is the one we’d buy again.
